A large fair faced office for Spellar Metcalfe developed for Atkins new headquarters
This prestige development in Epsom consists of a 3-storey RC frame with post-tensioned slabs and beams and embedded cooling pipes. A large proportion of this frame has a high-quality architectural finish, including columns, walls and soffits. The site team used great care and meticulous planning to ensure the critical details and interfaces achieved the challenging visual concrete specification.
